iTunes
1. Open the Settings on your mobile device.
2. Select iTunes & App Store setting.
3. The Apple ID is the email address associated with your account.
Google Play
1. Open the Google Play Store app using the Play Store icon.
2. Click the hamburger (3 line) icon.
3. Below your name, you will find the email address associated with your Android device account.
