How to Submit Proof of Cancellation
We don’t issue refunds for our service. It's part of the Terms of Use agreed upon when signing up for the trial. However, if this was due to a glitch with our app, we can submit a refund request with proof of cancellation to our billing department. If you feel this is the case, please provide one of the following as acceptable proof of cancellation:
A) If you signed up through the app on your mobile device, the original cancellation email from Google or Apple confirming your subscription was cancelled. Please forward this email in its entirety to support@brownsugar.com and we can proceed from there.
B) If you signed up for the service through the website, please log into your account and go to the person (My Account) icon in the upper far right corner of the screen. Take a screenshot of that page and attach it as a response to this email. This is where your account would show the cancelled subscription.
How to Verify the Service was Cancelled
If you are positive you cancelled your service, but cannot find appropriate proof, you can verify your service was cancelled by doing one of the following:
A) Logging into your account and going to the person (My Account) icon in the upper far right corner of the screen. Your subscription status is found in the Membership & Billing
B) If you signed up via your mobile device, you can also verify your cancellation by going to your Subscriptions page in your Google Play or iTunes account.
